Lavender Place recognises and ensures it is fully up to date with national developments for those people who are deaf and experience mental illness. There is a firm commitment to working in partnership with the patients and both local and national stakeholders, in ensuring that the service reflects best practice and puts the patients' experience first.

We are committed to developing our services to meet the changing needs of our patients. This includes regular training of our staff and we are committed to a robust CPD staff training programme to ensure that we have the skills within our team to provide for the care needs of our patients.
