Care at Lavender Place is delivered by a team consisting of a Team Leader, consultant psychiatrists, senior occupational therapists, clinical psychologists, social workers, registered mental nurses and support workers. The team aims to provide a service that is welcoming, accessible, responsive and safe.

A core group of staff are deaf and registered interpreters work alongside the team on a continuous basis.
