Our Care Programme Approach (CPA) policy employs a structured, user-centred approach to patient care, with ongoing involvement of carers and referring organisations contributing to the delivery of care.

Individual therapeutic work is conducted through one-to-one interaction with key professionals and in multi-disciplinary group sessions. There is an emphasis on encouraging individuals to contribute to ensuring that the environment is conducive to recovery and progress.

Therapeutic programmes are tailored to meet the needs of individual patients and are overseen by the clinical psychologist and other members of the multi-disciplinary team.
